Now more than ever, we are savoring each moment of connection of conviviality.
An hour south of Portland lies the magical town of McMinnville where we live, work, comb the weekly farmer’s market, and welcome friends new and old to our tasting room.
Join us for a private wine tasting set in a historic arts and crafts home just off walkable 3rd street, the central hub of our little hamlet.
Your experience includes a private tasting of Matzinger Davies wines led by Winemaker Anna Matzinger. In between talk of microbes, clones, and barrels, be sure to ask Anna about her favorite wine and junk food pairing!
We hate tasting fees. We’d much rather send you home with a few bottles of wine to enjoy. This experience, therefore, is complimentary though we humbly request a three-bottle purchase per person.
We ask for advanced reservations for all tastings. This way, we have time to change out of our vineyard boots and into presentable attire.

Have you ever tasted wine online? No, we won’t ask you to lick your keyboard, don’t worry. While perhaps a nontraditional way of tasting, virtual wine education offers the intimate experience of a private in-person tasting but with added convenience and accessibility.
We offer virtual tasting experiences for individuals, groups, and companies. Typically, we send an introductory four-bottle selection ($147 + free shipping) to each participating household ahead of the virtual tasting date. This advanced purchase waives the experience fee. We can happily recommend a few edible delights that would pair nicely with each wine on the flight for the culinary wine-o.
Virtual tastings typically last 60-90 minutes and are exclusively led by Winemaker Anna Matzinger.
